I’m Jessieven Torres, Founder and Principal Advisor of OliveStone & Co. My work is rooted in leadership, operations, strategy, and one core belief: business owners deserve someone who will keep it real — honest, direct feedback without the sugar coating.
For nearly a decade, I led complex operations, built and developed teams, and solved problems that demanded both strategy and execution. My strength has always been the same: I can walk into a business, find what’s actually broken, and turn it around — fast.
I built OliveStone & Co. because I knew I could take that same skill and use it to help business owners build something with a real foundation. Not a business that’s just surviving, but one that’s structured to grow, positioned to last, and strong enough to hand down. That’s the reason clarity, integrity, and follow-through aren’t just words on this page — they’re how I work.
