I have launched sites, built teams and grown practices in New York City.
My name is Jessieven Torres. For almost ten years I led healthcare operations in New York City, one of the hardest places in the country to run a practice. I started in urgent care, moved into outpatient clinics, and went on to lead hospital admissions.
Along the way I launched new sites from the ground up. I ran operations across multiple locations at the same time. I hired and developed the teams that kept them running, and I built the schedules and workflows that made them grow.
