I built OliveStone & Co. to help business owners make better moves.
Jessieven Torres is the Founder and Principal Advisor of OliveStone & Co. Her work is rooted in leadership, operations, strategy, and one core belief: business owners deserve someone who will keep it real — honest, direct feedback without the sugarcoating.
For nearly a decade, she led complex operations in healthcare, built and developed teams, and solved problems that demanded both strategy and execution. Jessie’s strength has always been the same: walk into a business, identify what’s actually broken, and figure out what needs to happen next— fast.
She built OliveStone & Co. because she knew she could take that same ability and use it to help business owners build something with a real foundation. Not a business that’s simply surviving, but one that is structured to grow, positioned to last, and strong enough to become part of a legacy.
